Fellow baby boomers, when opportunity comes knocking, do you throw the doors open or just peek out and say, “Never mind, too much work”? This project looked like it would take a little bit of time to put together, but had the potential to further my mission of helping others stay strong and independent. And you know I’m always looking for ways to get people moving and help them boost their intake of healthful foods; maybe get them curious enough to reach out to me.
