In California, this past Sunday was the 6-month anniversary of our governor’s stay-at-home order. It goes without saying that life has changed for all of us. No one knows when or if we’ll ever get back to “normal,” so we need to find ways to make the best of what we’ve got.
Supporting our health is a top priority.
While our lives seem out of control, there is still a lot we can do. We can start by accepting that the pandemic is here for an undetermined amount of time—there’s nothing we can do about that. We can try to find something good that is going on now. Maybe you and your family haven’t gotten sick, or maybe you’ve been able to complete a project that’s been on your to-do list for a long time. And we can find something good that will come out of this pandemic. I know I’ll be much more conscious of keeping my hands clean and off my face, and I’ve gotten very comfortable on Zoom.
What good can you find in your life today?
